First Aid Course for Parents
Dangerous conditions
Our intent with this course for parents, is to offer practical advice and make useful recommendations for the times when your child might find himself in danger of either illness or accident.
Experienced doctors and nurses will cover:
- how to successfully bring down a fever,
- how to recognize and what to do in the event of a febrile seizure,
- burns,
- swallowing wrong,
- crib death.
Resuscitation is of special importance. The parents practice on child-sized dolls.
We have offered this course since 2004 and have trained more than one hundred parents what to do in emergency.
Duration
The course lasts 5 hours in total of which one and one/half hour is actual practice.

- poisoning,
- accidents,
- crib death,
- swallowing wrong,
- resuscitation.
The parents who finish the course, will receive the material covered on CD and may buy the book entitled "Gyermekkori vészhelyzetek - S.O.S. megoldások" (“Childhood Dangers - S.O.S. Solutions").
