Pregnancy Exercises
These exercises will help prevent and treat the musculoskeletal complaints that regularly appear during and after pregnancy as a result of static and biological changes occurring in the body.
These may be individual exercises or conducted in groups of 2-3. The regular exercises (i.e., breathing techniques) are supplemented by special stabilizing exercises to strengthen the spine.
These special muscle strengthening exercises will help decrease or even prevent back and muscle pain that usually appears due to the ever increasing weight and help maintain optimal posture.
Stretching Exercises
Help loosen tight muscles and increase suppleness.
Relaxation Training
Help maintain the proper balance between body and soul under the changing conditions.
