Intimate Exercises - Not Just for Women

Men and women will learn how to strengthen their sphincter muscles which are concealed, laterally located muscles in the area of the urethra, vagina and anus.

The optimal functional capacity of the perineal muscles keep the internal organs in place. Their development is crucial for the stabilization of the spine, since tight and elastic muscles increase the pressure within the intra-abdominal cavity, thus, contributing to spinal support.

In addition, these exercises, if done regularly, will improve or cure incontinency problems and menstrual cramps and safeguard the abdominal organs.
