Psychosocial Training
The training, led by an internist-psychotherapist, aims to gradually develop a metabolic, circulatory, physical and mental state that may be maintained in the long term in order to positively affect the quality of life.
Eating patterns and life habits, biorhythm, and the handling of stress will be evaluated. Tests, interactive dissemination of knowledge and information together with humor will help guide the participants through the numerous popular methods available and their safe application.
Effective group methods such as relaxation, assertive training, cognitive behavior therapy tools will help control stress.
