Includes all health care services available at the Buda Health Center, by appointment, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

· Complete Screening Examination
After the first year, the one yearly complete screening examination is free.
· Family Practice Physician
For our Partners with Hungarian health insurance (TAJ) for documenting sick leave, when required and indicated by physical examination.
· Emergency Care and Hotline Service
24-hour home care available through our contract partner, the FĠNIX-MED Zrt. ambulance service. Non-emergency cases will be transported to the designated health care facility in the Budapest area. Emergency service is available through a special Hotline manned by the Buda Health Center between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m and by the FĠNIX-MED Zrt. ambulance service between the hours of 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. and weekends.
· Hospitalization
For non-emergency cases, we will arrange hospitalization in a quality health care institution. When patients require hospitalization following emergency treatment, we will provide in-patient care in a quality hospital setting.
· Prevention
◊ Consultation - prevention, diet, life style and fitness
◊ Vaccination against influenza - vaccine included.
◊ Travel - advice and immunizations - vaccines not included.
◊ Physical examination - for Driver's License application (TAJ card needed).
· Complete Occupational Health Care
The Hungarian Ministry of Health Statute No. 27/1995 (7/25) states that an employer must provide occupational health care for its employees and 33/1998 (6/24) requires a medical examination to determine work suitability.
· Personal representative, extra care
◊ Personal physician will monitor our exclusive partner's health condition.
◊ May be reached for information and appointments between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Spouses and children over the age of 6 years will be entitled to a 20% discount off the monthly fee.
Children under 6 years of age are entitled to a 20% discount on all items on our price list.
A Complete Screening Examination is a prerequisite.
